Alice Bag is back! Punk legend and feminist, Alice Bag celebrated the release of her self-titled album with a show at the Echo, supported by Generacion Suicida and Fatty Cake & the Puff Pastries. Alice Bag was the lead singer and co-founder of The Bags, one of the first punk rock bands to emerge from L.A., and it’s her first solo record with a 40-year career. It was an early sold out show, and the headliner was joined by L7′s Donita Sparks, Abby Travis and other guests as rotating members

The band put on a powerful set! Alice Bag hit the stage fronting a packed venue, an all ages hyped fans crowd. I survived the mosh pit and saved some pictural moments. I met her after the show as a regular fan to tell her how much I enjoyed her performance and positive attitude. She’s a true inspiration, I was amazed by her humble kindness. I also got my vinyl “signed”! I really encourage you to listen her album “Alice Bag” it’s an interesting and eclectic piece of work… Alice Bag is Back!
