Whisky A Go-Go Hollywood, CA

Doors Open At 5:00 PM!

CrueFest is an annual event established by the fans of the rock band Mötley Crüe. Proceeds from this event go to The Skylar Neil Memorial Fund For Cancer Research. Skylar Neil, who died of cancer at the age of four, was the daughter of Vince Neil.

This event is in its 5th year and promises to be bigger and better than ever.

SugarBuzz Magazine will once again be a proud sponsor of this event. We want to see all you Shug readers there in full force.

Each year, people from all over The United States and Canada flock to Hollywood to attend this event, as do the bands that perform there.

Along with top-notch rock bands there are vendors and a fucking cool raffle that you don’t want to miss. Oh and some of the hottest guys and gals on earth in attendance.

This year’s band line up so far consists of:

Peppermint Creeps: This band hails form Hollywood, CA and is know for it’s outrageous live shows. This band has a huge following and is going to kick the shit out of The Whisky A Go-Go.

The Erotics: This four-piece band out of New York includes among their influences The Dead Boys, New York Dolls, Alice Cooper, and Mötley Crüe, to name just a few. The Erotics, whom have played CrueFest previously, are hugely popular with the die-hard CrueFest attendees. I have had the pleasure of seeing The Erotics live and I assure you they kick ass!

Sabrina Korva: Sabrina Korva is an 18-year-old rock musician who has been writing songs since her early teens. Presently she is holed up in L.A. writing for her soon to be released album. Sabrina combines 80’s- like hair band image with hooky driving guitar riffs, pounding drums, and vocals similar to Joan Jett, Skid Row and Aerosmith.

The Servants: These bad boys hail from Oakland, CA and are turning head and stealing hearts with their live shows, radio play on San Francisco radio station 107.7 FM, and a scorching CD. They have opened for the likes of Motorhead, LA Guns, Mountain, and Great White to name a few. This band is going to take no prisoners so be prepared to rock.

Trashlight Vision: Trashlight Vision hails from Pennsylvania. To give you an idea what’s happening in this band we quote lead singer Acey Slade. "When I look around at music today I see bands writing for MTV and Radio approval It seems like the last thing they are thinking about is the fans. When I started this band I wanted to do something that people could feel involved in. I wanted a band I would be a fan of and my vision of what music should be about - and even if it's trash to some people it's my trash... My trash light vision." These guys are out to level the field.
