Shane: We`re a hard hitting metal band with old roots and a NEW sound while keeping melody. We also like to put on the best stage show as we can.

2. So what are you doing at the moment? Writing new material? Please tell us everything.

Shane: We`re writing new material for our debut album next year as well as playing around the UK to promote Isolation to a new fanbase. We`re also looking into a European tour for next year.

3.Very glad about having Phill as my new friend... and as I read your history I learned more about him... I am very sorry and I send all my best wishes to hiem!!! And I hope that he will be able to play with you some time again. Would be very nice if you could tell me something about the time when Phill was still in the band... Thank you.

Shane: Phill was great, we had such a great time together. One night springs to mind when we played in Newquay and we arrived too late to book into a hotel. So we played the gig and went out for a drink to the local bars and clubs before we went back to the van to sleep. The weather was cold so none of us wanted to sleep in the van. Phill came to our rescue!!! He was getting on VERY well with a local woman and told her about us having to sleep in our van, she then offered us all a nice warm house to sleep in . 3 of us had a bedroom each (some shared their bedroom with women they met that night) and our drummer "Paul D" ended up in her bath reading biker magazines. It`s a funny story when I look back on it.

4.And now please tell us something about your new bass player.

Shane: He`s quite when sober, so he lets his bass do the talking. But when he`s drunk he becomes a very own "Jackyll" and his wild side comes ot. He`s one mad mother f**ker!!!

5. Tell me something about the last shows you played. Where did you play and how many people came to see you? Well I have heard that you want to come to Germany also? Weould be very cool to have a chance to meet you then.

Shane: Our last gig was in our home town, our 1st gig there for 6yrs. It was at a place called "The 2 pigs". It was sold out and they had to turn away 100-150 people on the night. The place was packed and had a great atmosphere. We`re back there in November to give the others a chance to see us.

6. Which was the funniest thing that happend while you were on stage? And which was the worst that happened?

Shane: The funniest thing Hmmmmm let me think.... we once played a gig naked!! We were feeling a bit wilder than normal that night and 5 mins before we went on one of us said, "Let`s f**king play naked" So we just stripped off and went on stage. I had to wear my big boots so I could still stomp on my FX pedals and had a guitar covering m bits (most of the time) but our drummer Paul D has a double bass drum kit and you could see the whole package. I don`t even want to say what it looked when he played a fast double bass drum beat, lets just say it looked very very funny. The worst thing would have to be when our singer Al was throwing water around on stage during our last song. The water went all over my guitar, over the drums and over the bass amp and fried the circuits, the amp went silent. The worst this was the amp wasn`t even ours. It belonged to the other bands so we had to pay to have it repaired. Ooops!!!

7.What are your future plans with Isolation?

Shane: Album next year, UK and European tour, then global domination..m/

8. Some questions non related to you band... Which 80`s band do you like most and why?

Shane: Motley Crue are my all time favourite, the whole attitude, and their excess life style is a big par of the Crue.

Paul D: Iron Maiden & Wasp for their good music & showmanship on stage.

Al: The mission (melodic goth anthems) The Cult (Good Rock `N`Roll) N.M.A. (for their passion)

Paul B: Vixen (Nice ass`s in their tight lycra trousers) Metallia (Cliff Burton ... need I say more???)

9. Are you reading a good book from time to time? And if so which kinda book it must be? Please tell us.

Shane: "The Dirt" Motley Crue again... The tales of their lews living are priceless.

Paul D: BDSM "Advanced knot tying manual" (Don`t ask why)

Al: Don`t read, won`t read. Apart from Tattoo, Car and Wank mags.

Paul B: Mayfair & Shaven Raven (More Wank mags)
